The Spivaks came all the way from Pennsylvania and Maryland and had some great fishing for Halibut, Silvers and Kings in June, 2008.

Hazen Simkins waited 92 years for his first halibut which was 70#. And he wasn’t upset with his 26# King salmon either.

The Pankey’s had a great time in September for silvers and halibut, and the boys re-invented pogie fishing off the dock and hold the record for the most pogies landed in 3 days.

I must say once again I had an awesome time this year at Chinook Shores. It's hard to believe I have been there 5X already and it just gets more enjoyable every time.

Jeff, Heidi, Paula, and whoever else has a part of Chinook Shores, Thanks Jeff for the great time you showed Andy and me. I went up there on Leslie's recommendation and I certainly wasn't disappointed. Everything was just perfect - especially Uncle Kenny. Thanks for showing us how to fish. Hey Jeff, Thanks again for another awesome vacation at Chinook Shores. We enjoyed our stay this year even more than last. Thanks for making us feel so welcome. We were more than comfortable in the chalet. As to be expected, the fishing was GREAT!!! Thanks to Alan our group brought home 200 pounds of halibut. Just a wee note to thank you and your family and staff for the really great time we had when we were over there. Paul and I are discussing coming again next year but we not sure if we will be able to both get over at the same time, if not we can probably organize two separate holidays.
